Goals: Leading the new medicine storage warehouse building and automation project for the Swiss market (5.000 m²) ; Managing the supply chain (warehouse, procurement and customer service).  Delivery error rate decrease from 1 to 0.5 /1000.  Sustainable development Label achievement: Minergie.  Creation of a flexible and evolving structure. Project organization and management Cost and delay control ; Group compliance respect: - Set up of 2.600 pallets including controlled temperature. - Setting up and managing two order preparation lines: 150 packs /day. - Warehouse standard development: Security; ergonomics; pharmaceutical practice. Workflow study and rationalization to get maximal flexibility facing to meet changeable market demand. Automation set up: WMS; Radio-Frequency and « Voice Picking ». User training.
