– Legal life of UCITS (creations, transformations, mergers, regulatory updates...) – Corporate life of SICAVs (organization of Boards of Directors and General Meetings, registry formalities) – Negotiation/drafting of contracts (research contracts, service agreements, depository agreements...) – Legal and regulatory monitoring and drafting of internal procedures

– Monitoring the legal and corporate life of UCITS (UCITS, FIVG, employee savings funds, SICAV): Constitution of creation, modification (simple change or transformation), merger, liquidation files. – Implementation and monitoring of contractual documentation governing relations with internal and external Group partners. – Legal and regulatory monitoring.

– Participation in the organization and implementation of PRIIPS regulation for all UCITS: Regulatory analysis, creation of PRIIPS KID models, scope organization, design of control grids, testing and validation of tools... – Coordination and contact with various stakeholders: Compliance, Fund Managers, Middle Office, Risk Control, Communication, Depositary, AMF and Auditors.
