Highlights/Achievements: Planned, coordinated, and conducted Business Acceptance Tests prior to and following code delivery for 4 RBS NV portfolios. Ensured adherence to strict >2-week release cycle timelines by identifying and leveraging strengths of +20-person team in Netherlands and India, and strategically assigning and performing testing work. Reduced time to test ~30 complex defects from 2-3 days to 8 hours by devising strategy to link and cluster defects according to functionality, while enabling concurrent testing with 0% interference of team members’ tests with each others’. Handpicked out of team of 10 peers for high-profile project for Board of RBS to analyse and test RBS’ systems if Greece changed from euro to drachma; involved analysing viability of currency change in system, testing conversion script, and prioritising and assessing systems business-critical on day 1 of conversion.

Highlights/Achievements: Created and conducted tests of releases within strict timeframes to ensure quality of code prior to its handover to Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT); included testing up to 10 iteration codes. Ensured no major code was broken, functionality of all links, and that all reports could run. Troubleshot and tested frontend and backend bugs and software changes. Scripted and conducted regression tests. Assured maximum stability of developers’ tool displaying credit risk data prior to handover to next team.

Highlights/Achievements: Provided superior support of daily needs of business on software level in fast-paced environment via concurrent testing, rapid response and effective resolution of issues, and coordination of all releases and defect priorities with software supplier; involved testing and analysing results of proprietary applications and all applications supporting business needs. Solved numerous mission-critical issues with sales software as 1st line of support for any production issues. Instrumental in maximizing accuracy of advertising website content as sole tester of backend vs. database and website changes. Documented all software deployed into production, and developed highly technical release notes for engineering team.

Highlights/Achievements: Managed multiple testing projects concurrently including major 9-month billing project. Played active role in saving €1M annually by completely testing international billing files for accuracy following change to new invoice printing vendor within crucial deadline; included reproducing tests for all countries according to country-specific billing cycles. Eliminated substantial time for testing team, while providing management with clear forecasts on timelines for testing results by leveraging AS400 Query experience to accelerate testing process, and creating spreadsheet detailing international queries such as number of customers on specific billing cycles. Maximized speed and efficiency of bug or issues resolution by effectively logging and communicating issues with vendor. Served as point-of-contact for all billing related testing for test team.
