Accounting: monthly and yearly closing, follow-up of cost accounting, monitoring of inventories (inventory and valuation) and setting up of accounting procedures. Controlling: implementation and follow-up of the analytical accounting, comparative of the realised and budgeted, setting up of dashboards, analysis of costs, explanation and comparison of the P&L with the budget and the previous year, margin analysis, periodic reporting and performance improvement proposal. Internal control: review of processes, risk analysis and implementation of internal control measures.
