Project 1: Project Management & Automation Initiatives For a top 5 multinational bank headquartered in Canada, focusing on payments and authorization solutions for their Visa Debit Card platform. - Acted as a key liaison within the PMO, ensuring cross-functional alignment and the seamless functioning of various project workstreams. - Integrated data-driven dashboards and basic automation tools into the project management framework to streamline tracking and reporting. - Performed SCRUM master responsibilities, maintaining a RAID log that leveraged analytics to highlight critical risks and issues, enabling proactive resolution. Project 2: Process Optimization with Data Insights For a Canadian credit union undergoing a major migration to a new banking platform. - Developed an optimized target state process flow, applying data analytics to identify inefficiencies, parallelize tasks without dependencies, and enhance overall operational agility. - Introduced process automation tactics to reduce manual overhead, enhancing scalability and speed of client migrations. - Conducted smoke and full QA testing (using SauceLabs on PCT and Prod builds), ensuring stable performance and consistency of the implemented solutions. - Prepared Transfer Pricinig Documentation (Local File, Master File) with Economic Analysis in line with BEPS Action 13 followed bydetailed implementation for clients accross sectors and industries. - Assisted clients with BEPS compliance reviews, framing of Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) from drafting, filing to negotiating with tax authorities. - Consulted clients on aversion of Permanent Establishment Risk arising from changes in day to day operations with special considerations to the COVID-19 Pandemic. - Studied the effect of Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty (MLI) on the Double Tax Convention between France and the UK to facilitate significant tax savings for the client. - Studied the implication of the new Pillar 1 and Pillar 2 OECD/G20 inclusive framework and its impact on Multinational Enterprises.

- Assisted litigation proceedings of $10B auto client by analysing audit reports & drafting clearance memo. - Conducted financial benchmarking of 50+ transactions to substantiate prices charged between related parties accross sectors and industries. - Developed credit rating models to study, benchmark and justify interest rates of inter-company loan transactions for tax audits. - Studied Case rulings by the French Administrative courts and the French Supreme court on tax matters, to better assist clients with understanding the implementation of tax laws in the state.

- Carried out end-to end Benchmarking and documentation projects for Multinational Enterprises compliant to OECD and BEPS. - Carried out Financial modelling of 100+ transactions to determine comparable PLIs. Assisted clients from the US east coast offices with reviews of 10-K and 20-F report filings for American benchmarking studies. - Worked with Junior members of the team, delegating day to day tasks while creating a culture of learning and development. - Eased acquisition of ~$1B oil giant by carrying out detailed analysis of agreements, TP Policies and value chain for 76 subsidiariesacross 37 countries.
