As a Managing Director, I transformed a lifestyle coaching business into a scalable leadership training company by positioning and productising the services. I deployed the digital transformation for the new branding, positioning and visual identity in leadership training segment. I designed and successfully executed a new sales and digital marketing strategy for acquisition of new segmented key accounts. Full P&L, financial and KPI management: skyrocketed Revenue by 100%, EBITDA by 600%, and company valuation by 100% Key account management (Google, Airbus, Unilever, VM Ware, Sime Oil Darby, Diageo) and successful lead of L&D tenders. HR: built the new HR strategy and management team by recruiting, onboarding and training key managers.

Global Business Coordinator for Betbull / Wynn Interactive, a disruptive sports betting and online gambling startup with the ambition to revolution the gambling industry into a social, gamified and responsible industry. I supported and advised the CEO in various negotiations on growth strategy and operational excellence resulting in a successful M&A to become a unicorn in 18 months. I audited all departments of the organisation to optimise overall work efficiencies. I set up activity planning and adapted internal and external policies and procedures, whilst actively monitoring and reporting on progress to the CEO. I analysed market trends to identify new business development opportunities and assisted with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.

Founded Green Power to reduce fossil fuel consumptions in most industries, created a 1.000 m2 production center in Turkey and generated 150M kWH of energy saving thanks to several multi-million energy saving projects. I led and motivated collaborators to develop a high performing managerial team. I took investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits. I managed all financial and legal activities, to maintain company's performance and business ethics.
