I helped them automate their business reports and make their analyses more reliable, thanks to dynamic dashboards that respected the customer's graphic charter. The Power BI report is easier to use than Excel, and more design-oriented than PowerPoint.

I worked for Publicis Sapient, the consulting arm of the Publicis group. For one of their clients in the Energy sector, I produced dashboards to track the progress of a website redesign project. Example report: Pre-production technical metrics. KPIs analyzed: build time, queuing time, open defect numbers, sprint functionnal testing (frontend & backend), automation regression testing. As part of another assignment (in collaboration with Razorfish France and Green IT), I created a dashboard to measure the environmental footprint of web sites.

AFI COVID-19 Policy Response report aims to deliver systematic, effective and coordinated policy responses to help AFI members mitigate the effects of COVID-19 on financial inclusion policy implementation, especially for micro, small and medium enterprises and the most vulnerable segments of the population such as women, the youth, older people, forcibly displaced persons, and disabled people.
