- Build a relationship of trust with clients to understand their challenges, co-create high-impact AI use cases, and guide product development. - Support complex sales cycles as a product expert, from the discovery phase to contract signing. - Define and evolve the product roadmap in response to customer needs, business priorities, and technological developments. - Lead the product development strategy: scoping, POCs, prototypes, MVPs, and industrialization of AI solutions. - Define and execute the Go-To-Market strategy in coordination with sales, marketing, and partner teams. - Design customized solutions and ensure functional scoping with internal and client stakeholders. Contribute to the strategic vision of key accounts by aligning the product roadmap with clients’ business objectives. - Monitor AI product performance, analyze KPIs, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement. - Oversee agile delivery cycles (SAFe, PI Planning), consolidate budgets, and track product OKRs. - Manage Machine Learning projects: training, optimization, fine-tuning, and model supervision. - Establish robust data governance: quality, cataloging, traceability, and compliance. - Contribute to AI governance: explainability, documentation, bias mitigation, auditability, and regulatory compliance. - Provide functional leadership to Product Owners and Data & AI teams. - Promote a product and AI culture focused on impact, while supporting internal organizational transformation.

- Lead 3 data squads (data engineering, BI, data science) to ensure the delivery of data solutions such as pipelines, dashboards, and models. - Ensure execution of the data roadmap and adherence to sprints, maintaining alignment with the overall group data strategy. - Monitor key data KPIs (data quality, freshness, completeness, usage), analyze deviations, and raise alerts on operational or technical risks. - Gather, structure, and prioritize data needs from group subsidiaries (e.g., reporting, connectors, analytics models) based on their business challenges. - Collaborate with the Solution/Data Manager to design robust and scalable data solutions that comply with technical standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, security). - Write user stories and functional data specifications, including business rules, transformation logic, and data mappings. - Support subsidiaries in resolving data issues (e.g., data quality errors, ingestion or visualization problems) and ensure proper tracking of fixes. - Present and prepare the implementation of data solutions to local stakeholders (business teams, IT, data stewards, etc.). - Provide functional data support during testing, validation, and go-live phases of data flows, KPIs, or dashboards. - Ensure clear understanding of data workflows (from ingestion to end use) and API integrations for data collection or exposure.
