Key Missions & Responsibilities: • Selected by the Embassy of Mauritania in Paris to represent the Mauritanian youth diaspora in France at the National Conference on Youth Empowerment in Mauritania. • Participated in high-level preparatory workshops alongside senior government officials, including: • H.E. Mr. Tidiane Thiam, Minister of Mines & Industry • H.E. Ms. Messouda Baham Mohamed Laghdaf, Minister of Environment • Contributed to the strategic development of youth-focused policy proposals, representing the perspectives, challenges, and ambitions of the diaspora community. • Attended the national conference presided over by His Excellency President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, gaining direct exposure to national policy dialogues and government priorities. • Took part in an official meeting with H.E. Mr. Mohamed Abdallahi Louly, Minister of Youth Empowerment, to discuss policy orientations, youth leadership, and future collaboration avenues. • Gained first-hand experience in diplomatic engagement, government coordination, and institutional communication between diaspora representatives and national authorities. • Supported the reinforcement of ties between the diaspora and key Mauritanian institutions through structured dialogue and strategic recommendations.

Participation in the launch of a pilot program to raise awareness of sustainable finance, targeting young entrepreneurs and students. Co-design of workshops on budget management, responsible savings, and green financing, in partnership with local NGOs. Development of digital teaching materials (presentations, short videos, newsletters in French and Arabic). Monitoring and analysis of program impact indicators (commitment, satisfaction rate, etc.).

- Analyzed the business performance of Retail collaborators in the region. -Coordinated the deployment of the affinity service model. - Created reports and monitored performance indicators. - Co-animated the CSR community of “Engaged Bankers.” - Monitored digital transformation projects.

- Managed orders and vehicle follow-ups with suppliers. - Monitored department reports and KPIs. - Assisted the manager in assigning orders to teams.

- Created and managed content for social media. - Animated an Instagram page with 10,000 followers.
