Design of a new department structure, and merge of IT activities spread in several departments. Manager of the department responsible for the development of all the real-time processing of payments ( Bancontact, Mistercash, Maestro, Proton, Visa, Eurocard, Petroleum-dedicated, ..) The applications involves communication with all the payment terminals, real-time financial authorisation, on-line links with major banks, communications with international credit card organisations, internet facilities, ... The main deliverable of this department was 3 to 4 major releases per year of the legacy software, and the achievement of some key projects: • Euro, Y2K • OLTB – Real time connection with banks • Proton – Financial watertightness, Load on Internet • Mobistar – Reload of prepaid cards through ATMs

• Creator of Cimview software, mainstay of Cimtech’s activities. • Head of the research and development team. • All activities related to a business setup: sales support, recruitment & sourcing, logistics, purchases, IS, etc. Approx. 1200 licences of Cimview software (July 96) have been issued, principally abroad, in various sectors (chemicals, petroleum, construction, electricity, foodstuffs, metallurgy, etc.) Some customers: Agip, Solvay, IBM France, Nippon Steel, Electrabel, Aéroports de Paris, Cockerill, Suiker Unie, Dow Corning, Crédit Lyonnais, Krüpp-Hoechst, Musée d’Orsay, etc.
