Business Analyst at a major private bank Project aim was to improve Securities Data quality and management processes for Private Banking through the setup of a central securities data services provider. Assistance in delivering PMO tools in conjunction with the heads of the bank’s back and front office, business, IT and project management. Finalizing and discussing open questions related to the bank’s security data management and delivery of minutes. Business Analyst at a global bank Executing tests for parallel run functionality (new system for extracts and bank statements). Analysis of current processes (AS IS) and set up of a new improvement manual for new A4 bank statements (TO BE). Integration Support at a global bank Program financials: Quarterly closings and follow up of portfolio (>450M€, 93 programs): Liaising budget/forecast issues with Finance Platform and chairing meetings with program managers/HoI. Investigate reporting gaps between different accounting systems and report requests for reconciliation. Single Point Contact (SPC) Risks programs: Deep dive of open topics through workshops with client’s management and ensure correct application of integration processes. PMO at a Major Exchange Provider Assessment of current project reporting methods and tools based on quality requirements (e.g. in T2S, Custody, Tax, Integration, etc.). Quality improvement by establishing standardized reporting for projects leveraging current methods and tools. Issue and risk management for the projects in scope and quality control of project managers’ deliverables. Business Analyst at a major custodian Creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements to ensure quality delivery of software. Organizing workshops with business and IT with regards to the application’s requirements and defect progress. Defect and quality management by logging, monitoring and follow up of defects within the application.
