👉 Development of Three SDKs - Login - Loyalty Management - Customer Account Management These SDKs are designed to be integrated into all Decathlon applications (Shopping, Outdoor, Coach, etc.) across more than 50 countries, serving over a million users per month. The goals for these applications are: - Outsource the management of these features so that each integrator can focus on the true value of their application. - Align these features with Decathlon's strategy, which aims to provide the most comprehensive and unified interface across all applications. 🚧 Developing an SDK comes with unique challenges that are not typically encountered in standard app development. My experience with SDKs has helped me identify several often underestimated complexities: - The dual-client challenge is a major one: we must satisfy both the end user who interacts with the features and the developer who integrates the SDK. - Managing dependencies is particularly tricky: since each host application has its own libraries, we must avoid version conflicts and minimize our impact on the main project. 👉 Development of a Back for Front In addition to Android development, I also work on developing web services for our Back for Front architecture.

👉 Modular Applications Architect - I am involved in setting up a modular micro frontend foundation, natively built in Kotlin, for Auchan International and its various country-specific teams. - I guide my team in upskilling their Kotlin expertise. - I also support my team and international teams in contributing to the modules, ensuring compliance with architecture principles and design token standards to maximize component reusability. 👉 Design System Architect - I contribute to the development of the design system as a whole, from exporting assets from graphic design software to integrating design tokens into various frontends. - I also lead team upskilling efforts on this topic. 👉 Auchan Public Application - As the first "client" of my own modular architecture, I develop the public-facing Auchan application, used in multiple countries. - At the same time, I participate in the technical strategy of the project as a whole (backend, REST APIs, Back for Front, etc.). 👉 Agile Coaching I work with all team members to provide guidance and evangelize Agile methodologies, fostering flexibility and responsiveness in our workflows. 👉 API Development Alongside back-office teams, I help establish a tech stack for exposing reactive APIs (MongoDB and Spring WebFlux in Kotlin).

👉 Development of a Voice Assistant for Android Automotive OS The assistant integrates natural language understanding technologies, which are Airudit's core expertise, to interface with Android Automotive OS. It interacts with both AAOS functionalities and the car manufacturer's specific features.

👉 CubeInStore Project Development of a management application for in-store team members. My tasks include: - Developing new features, primarily in Kotlin - Providing technical guidance to team members - Estimating User Stories in our backlog - Setting up the project architecture - Promoting information sharing in a complex project environment (large team, multiple microservice APIs...)

👉 Virtual City Hall The Virtual City Hall is the first universal channel of communication and information between municipalities and their citizens. It was designed as a live chat, connected to APIs that answer all the questions citizens may have regarding the creation of official documents, various administrative procedures, garbage collection, waste sorting, opening hours, etc. My mission creating the Android app includes: - Challenge the UX to ensure an optimal user experience - Test APIs to guarantee reliability and performance - Develop an SDK to allow integration of the chat in multiple official city apps

👉 Mobile and backend development across various sectors, including retail, music, and healthcare. Worked on key projects such as: - Management app for in-store sales advisors and technical tools (kiosk mode, AirWatch deployment) - Indoor mapping solutions - A jazz-learning app with interactive chord display and audio accompaniment. - Mobile product catalogs with advanced search and access to technical documents.

For almost two and a half years, I was able to carry out various assignments for a large IT consulting company. I joined teams of different sizes, with diverse technical environments and processes. These first experiences were very educational.
