Conception and development of an invoice management solution that allow users to collect and pay their supplier invoices. Using Agile approach in a DDD environment, we implemented a modular monolith solution. Focusing on collaboration with product team, we worked on small and deployable user stories ensuring each one brings value to customers. We started to keep track of DORA metrics to better understand how we could improve, leading to better vertical slicing of our US and overall increase in quality. We decided to define our technical solution in a modular monolith way so that any part of our program could be easily switched to a dedicated infrastructure.

Collaborate in a team of roughly 30 developers on following topics: - Migrate database infrastructure adapters from EF to EF Core - Switch from .NET Framework to a lighter .NET Standard for small libraires - SSE between web applications to reduce coupling - Conception of projects that helps with design patterns implementation, including dependency injection based on user profile. Full abstraction of the DI engine. Cleanup of existing anti-patterns - Team coaching on best practices and explaining refactoring we suggested/made. - In charge of delivery - Suggest to product team, then improve, user story management so that scope is better known from everybody. In the end, it was a great success that helped product manager, QA team and devs know what is going to be delivered. As a consequence, quality has been improved and everyone has gained confidence over delivery. In a smaller team consisting of 3 devs: - Using Clean Architecture and TDD on legacy-code and using a small bug, we showed benefits of this approach in both short and long terms - Lead workshops to share craftsmanship mindset and helped avoid falling in the same traps for the solution redesign we were asked to make - Guarantor of best practices implementation whether it involves the legacy solution or the new one

Development of blood products RFID traceability solutions, tracking each product from donation to transfusion. Main solution is a heavy weight program running on operator computers using barcode and RFID readers. Conception and development of lighter solutions using web technologies by choosing first to implement traceability data visualization (read) and later blood products handling (write). Server sent events (SSE) added after a while to greatly improve user experience and to provide always up-to-date data.
