Achievements: - Investigated performance issues of the production environment and identified possibilities to reduce CPU consumption by 40%; - Developed backend of the XML message exchange system for customs declarations.

Mission at BIL: organize development with Oracle Application Express. Achievements: • created guidelines and learning guides describing best practices of the development using Oracle APEX; • created security guidelines to prevent typical security issues (SQL injection, XSS, URL forging); • creted “how-to” tips to solve typical problems. Project: develop the mobile traffic analytic tool, which Syniverse provides to its clients - mobile opera- tors. The tool allows users to manage and analyze mobile traffic, calculate income and revenue, build forecasts, estimate future revenues according to forecasted traffic change, etc. Responsibilities: • Analyze business requirements, design and implement technical solutions; • Analyze and optimize the existing code base, review the code; • Coordinating the development across teams (DB, Java REST, UI); • Monitoring, troubleshooting and improving the database performance. Achievements: • Proposed improvements in the teams coordination; • Successfully finished the migration from Oracle 11.2 to Oracle 12.2; • Successfully finished the migration from the old desktop version of the application to the web version. Worked for the company’s client (European Parliament) as PL/SQL and Oracle APEX developer on the upgrading of EP’s internal HR portal: • Implemented a new design theme for existing APEX applications (new CSS classes, new components). • Developed several new APEX applications. • Migrated some APEX applications from version 4.2 to 5.1. • Developed several APEX plug-ins. • Integrated some third-party components into APEX (Select2, Bootgrid). Maintenance work on Oracle HRM system: • Investigated and fixed bugs. • Wrote technical documentation and help pages about APEX migration for other developers in the Confluence portal.

Upgraded decision support system (DSS) for credit scoring in the bank's Retail Department: - Implemented new approach to DSS modules composition, which allowed business users to manage and control key system parameters online. - Implemented a PL/SQL framework for modules execution. - Implemented new subsystem for automated interaction with credit bureaus and fraud prevention systems (sending requests, processing responses, sending feedback). - Automatized DSS modules testing. Created web interface for DSS system: - Introduced Oracle Application Express 4.2 framework as the most appropriate solution. - Developed powerful web interface for DSS manage, control and tuning, including pages for both technical specialists and business users. - Gathered business requirements for web interface.
