Intro

Dominique is an experienced Business Consultant and Strategist with a wealth of experience in building high performing organisations and ventures across various sectors, industries and geographies. He is also highly experienced on CRM and has driven numerous large scale salesforce.com projects, for both B2C and B2B businesses. For the past 5 years, Dominique has specialised on Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Data Management, and has delivered several high value data-led cases, incl. Carbon Accounting, Payment Transformation, Post-Merger Integration, Customer Retention, Customer Satisfaction, Pricing, Operating Model Transformation, FinTech Launch, S&OP Supply Chain Optimisation and Industrial Supervision Dominique started his career as a strategist with AT Kearney, before joining PwC in the UK as CRM specialist, focused on B2B customer data management. He then spent 11 years with IBM Global Business Services and led several large-scale digital programmes involving large data migration projects. In 2014, he joined EY in the Middle East, leading large Pan-African digital engagements. He has been an independent consultant since 2018 and has focused on supporting clients with complex data related projects. Dominique brings operational pragmatism and a solution-driven mindset, combined with a collaborative working style to solve business-critical data-led challenges at the cross-road of business, organisation and technology (with IT skills incl. Python, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, SKLearn, Tensorflow, Keras and spaCy) Dominique holds an MBA from Henley Management College in the UK and an MSc Artificial Intelligence, from Université Paris Sorbonne. He is based in Paris/Amsterdam (willing to travel), and speaks native French and fluent English.
