I lead Agile transformation initiatives at BNP Paribas and Generali, driving the implementation of Target Operating Models across Data teams and Digital Factories. My expertise lies at the intersection of AI, Voice of Customer (VoC), and process optimization. I help organizations leverage AI-driven insights to enhance customer experience, reduce operational friction, and turn data into strategic actions. With a background in Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies, I orchestrate end-to-end transformations that improve team engagement, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and cycle time. My current focus includes the VOCIA experiment at Zen Value, where I explore how AI and VoC analytics can redefine customer interactions and operational efficiency in financial services.

Collaborated with global distributed agile change agent as well as introduced coaching improvement teams programme inside engineering. Developed effective solutions in order to resolve business issues. Acted as co-founder of the Airbus Group Agile platform, while creating a community, including an innovation program and a virtual knowledge room that allowed the presentation of Agile success stories and enabled the reuse of know-how and establishment of the first bricks of a learning enterprise, project selected at the 2015 Airbus Defence and space awards for excellence. Following Are My Key Accomplishments: ►Nominated project on the people airbus awards in 2015. ► Introduced and implement Cassidian engineering and Airbus commercial system at the same Level, resulted in five projects selected as group synergies to deploy at international level. ►Utilised Agile and Lean as well as established a huge community across Airbus, six countries, including 800 people at Airbus D&S and 1000 across Airbus Cie by collaborating with team leaders.

I organized the Headquarter's moving. The move was also the opportunity to introduce change into the Team (open space, V/IP, O papers) to move up to oldest company from a CAC star (in 2007) I managed it as a change management program to introduce the new way of working.
