Support for the definition and management of multi-domain projects/programs, evaluation of architectures, data analysis and reporting. Technology watch (AWS, Google Cloud Summits) and functional watch (Paris Saclay Spring, conferences on mobility, professional fleets, autonomous vehicles and territorial development). Mentor for startups with the Paris Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Mission to identify performance drivers and to review tools, shared at C-level for application among operation teams.

Consulting assignment as Senior Project Manager, at Group Level, on the European deployment of charging infrastructures for the Last Mile electrical vehicle fleet of a global leader in logistics and e-commerce: • Coordination and support of national and local teams; steering committees, internal and external KPI & reports, training, reviews of project management and of technical solutions; • Field audits and supplier visits, commercial offers; • Related projects: solar panels, energy storage, modular solutions for fast installation, maintenance, design services.

Volunteer for "pro bono" actions during the confinement to help managers during the Covid-19 crisis, as part of my membership in the XMP-Consult network.

Academic course on Executive Management issues, completed by a strategic project and study tours with company visits (Dubaï & Mumbai, Mannheim, Saint-Cyr Coetquidan). Presentation by the team to the Board of Directors of the strategic Plan for the development of new services combined with mobility and public transportation.

Management of the B2B Projects Portfolio, syntheses and KPI, methodological support, app manager and tutor of junior developers on 2 internal tools, technical manager of the B2B Showroom, coordinator of two taskforces.

Development of the foundation and tools for the Ada compiler, technical assistance and contractual follow-up on technology licensing agreements.
