Implementation of a monthly reporting model, including : - P&L, Cash, Cashflows, CAPEX and Headcount reports - Gross Margin analysis process - WIP and revenue recognition process on trials - Quotes follow up matrix - Business indicators (sales, quotes) Other specific processes implemented : - Weekly cash forecasts reports - Intercompany balances reconciliation between entities of the Group - Annual Budget model and comparabilty with Actuals - Year-end forecast process – EBITDA and Cash - Consolidation process of monthly reporting implemented for all the entities of the Group - Member of the Executive Committee

- Member of the Management Board. - In charge of all financial operations throughout the Group (France and Belgium). - Support the development of the Group through organic growth and acquisitions and align the financial processes through the implementation of a standardized financial reporting. - Ensure the harmonization of the financial policies between all the sites and entities. - Actively participate to the strategy of the Group through decision making processes - Maintain constant communication with partners involved in acquisitions (Banks, Finance, Tax and Legal auditors) - Implementation of a budget process over the group. - Provide monthly financial reports, analysis and key indicators and support continuous process improvement initiatives - Support the ERP project implementation.

- Management of the local Finance department (6 people), with a direct report to the US Finance Organization - Member of the Management Committee of the site - Responsible for all the Accounting and Finance operations under US GAAP related to the Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing and Support Services - Monthly close (D+3), Budget and monthly Estimates, Financial analysis (expenses, Variances, Inventory) - Support actively the deployment of Corporate projects (Lean & six sigma initiatives, Standard Cost and Inventory reduction, and other strategic projects) - Ensure the alignment of the site to the corporate procedures, SOX controls, and code of ethics - Due diligence support on potential corporate target acquisitions and participation to the corporate audit exchange program (Miami, Boston, Ireland) - Supporting and Business partnering within the EMEAI Organization, attending European meetings and providing monthly consolidated metrics (6 European sites + China) - Provide the annual financial report under French GAAP and Tax package to the external auditors

- Management of the General & Cost accounting department (13 employees) - Responsible for the whole accounting operations of the site, reporting to the Accounting Department of IBM France - Ensure that policies and procedures in place are compliant with the corporate assets management policies - Provide financial reports, analysis and metrics on a monthly basis - Interaction with internal and external auditors

- Responsible for implementing a Cost and General Accounting Department, including hiring appropriate skilled people - Reporting to the US Finance organization in Memphis - With a direct report to the US Finance organization in Memphis, implementation of a financial reporting under US GAAP (Standard costs calculation, expenses and absorption variances analysis) as well as a budget process - Implement appropriate financial procedures and ensure the compliance with the Group policies - In charge of providing the US and French Tax package

- Responsible for the Accounting, Treasury and Credit Control Departments - Reporting to the European Finance Department (London) with regular contacts with the Memphis Head Offices - In charge of providing the group with a financial reporting on a monthly basis
