Role's responsibilities and achievements includes: 1. Taking over and hardening team's agility and scrum process (empowering team to be self managed, observe and fix missing procedures, etc.). 2. Responsibility of testing-strategy: - Defining areas to be covered, and clear clutter - Developing infrastructures for maintainable tests. 3. Put in place development best practices (Parallel development of Beta and main trunk, code reviews, etc.) 4. Participate in writing and fixing specs so they are clear enough to implement. 5.
