define the needs , implement , test and validate Network and Security infrastructure. Perform changes in the network. Animate meetings with the client to discuss the progression of their cases and make suggestions in order to improve their infrastructure.

• Creation, description, classification of the incident tickets due to filtering of received alarms, Traps SNMP, customer calls… • Solving the incident tickets while observing the ITIL process. • To make the follow-up of the incidents from creation to the closure , With the service providers (Orange, Telia, AT&T, Atos, Singtel, O2, Embratel, BT…) and Hosters (Capgemini, IBM, AT&T Web hosting, Oxya, Sungard. ) and Manufacturers (Cisco, Stonesoft,Check point , Fortinet , Juniper) • Troubleshooting on infrastructures and Solving complex performance issue on LAN, WAN, WIFI, Security: • DHCP, HSRP, Errors CRC, Overload CPU, Spanning-tree,VPN,Access Rules… including several types of equipment networks of various manufacturers (Cisco, HP, OneAccess, 3Com, …).
