Within the NRG program (NSight RDL Genesys), leading the DATA 4 ALL scope — a portfolio of 3 data products (Analytics Solutions, Self-Service BI, Data Sharing) — aimed at providing group subsidiaries and collaborators with reliable data and intuitive tools for decision-making and analytical autonomy. • Defined and executed the product vision and strategy over 18 months in a SAFe environment, coordinating 3 teams around a shared roadmap • Structured a unified data model and implemented data governance (quality, reliability, traceability) consolidating all group data sources • Designed the go-to-market offer and pitched products to subsidiaries to drive adoption • 7 subsidiaries deployed out of 11, 50+ active users — on track towards 100+ users across the group, delivered through PI Planning cycles

As a Product Manager, I played a pivotal role in the implementation of a Data Architecture within the Group Risk Department. By managing the product strategy and roadmap for the Architecture & Tooling perimeter (including File sharing portal, Business Activity Monitoring, Data Visualization and Robotic Process Automation), I empowered business units to make data-driven decisions and contributed to the successful scaling of the SAFe framework.

CRM & KYC As a Product Manager/Product Owner, I spearheaded a major project of Digitalisation de the main tool of Legal Entity Onboarding for more than 100 private bankers. As a Product Owner, I was in charge of upgrade projects on the CRM from the gathering of requirements to regular deployments

Core Banking Department I spearheaded different projects for the Customer Service Department, Payments Methods Department, Risques Department and Marketing Department with High impact on more than 2 millions users experience.

Enterprise Customer Care Department I coordinated activities of the Business Department on a huge migration of the In-House CRM to Siebel RODOD for the management of quotations, commands and billing. I was worked closely with the business departments and the consulting firm to ensure a smooth implementation of the new tool.
