Main action: • Monitoring of the ECM & Quality certification audit by Certifer and non-conformities. • Establishment of the investment plan for 500 car transporters (€100 million) and the 2025-2030 maintenance budget (€50 million). • Implementation of a stock management procedure at the group's various sites (UK, France, Germany, Romania, and the Balkans). • Monitoring of ECM2 maintenance plans and procedures (ranges and nomenclatures). • Support for resource organization and implementation of a communication procedure (RACI) & governance of the department

ALEAT/IDEMIA is a concession (Build On Transfer) from the Albanian Ministry of Interior started in 2008. • Management of the department of Enrollment, Investigation, Personalization, Distribution of the document (passport & ID) and IT (from 200 to 400 employees) • Relocation of all the Enrolment and Delivery Offices from 2019 till 2021 • Reinforcement of the Quality Assurance process in order to enhance the follow-up of the ISMS/ISO 27001 and eiDAS policies (KPI: 0 major non conformity) .Follow-up and improvement of the quality system

For this project, Kerneos, acquired in 2017 by Imerys was looking for an experimented Senior Project Manager in order to lead a Major Project of construction and management of a EPCM green project for a cement plant construction in India (40 M€). Main action • Implementation and management of a worldwide expert team (USA/UK/China/India & France) • Review of the previous budget done in 2010 and approval from the COMEX • Transfer of technology from China & UK plant to India • Coordination of the process design, detailed design, purchase, and work on site

After a social plan, I have been hired to replace the previous Director after Siemens acquired Clecim. Main action • Replacement the previous Director • Training of the team to the new process of Siemens. • Leading of all the construction and revamping of site around the world (mainly Holland, China, India) for an average of budget of 100 m€ per site

• Following the departure of the outgoing director, I was approached to implement an internal and external reorganization plan. The scope was over 800 km of single standard gauge railway line and includes railway tracks, bridges and other structures, buildings, energy and signalization and the management of the production workshops for sleepers and fasteners (400 direct employees & 400 subcontracted) • I established the OPEX & CAPEX (from 5 to 10 M€ OPEX and investment* between 30 and 50 M€). Then performed a renewal of the maintenance plan with frequent meetings with all my collaborators along the track in order to re-motivate them. • The main axes of my actions were:  Maintenance of the existing metric single track (800 km).  Control of the track either with a MATISA track inspection vehicle or manually by the teams in place along the track - Ballast replacement (tamping and ballasting)  Replacement of 24 and 39kg rails with 54kg LWR (long welded rails)  Replacement of sleepers with creosote azobé sleepers  Management and maintenance of private junction (Sosucam, Cimencam and Port Autonome de Douala for the main ones)  Negotiation with the World Bank for the rehabilitation project of 125 km of 39kg rail track and steel sleeper  Purchasing of all the equipment to rehabilitate the track (tamper, ballast regulator, track inspection vehicle, etc.…)  Purchasing of 54kg UIC rail and consumables to install them in LWR (long welded rail)
