Developing a SmartCity concept based on a SaaS platform and a Mobile Application deployed in Clichy with the town hall: 10000 users, 280 companies and 60 associations. We also created a Gamification application for the commercial team of SONEPAR France. Through targeted campaigns, webinars and industry events, I showcased ISIMAN’s value and built strong local connections. I also analyzed public and private tenders, contributing to competitive proposals. By staying attuned to market trends, I refined our business strategy to ensure Metrixware’s growth in the African tech ecosystem. Achievements : - Secured €390K in export financing (BPI + Export360) to boost growth and regional reach. - Produced demo videos (Audit, Procedures, GRC, DMS, MAHIS) enhancing sales impact and visibility. - Led MAHIS deployment with Senegal’s ANAM and got an invitation to present to 22 Abuja MoU states. - Built key partnerships with aYaline (Morocco) & Kewël (Senegal) expanding ISIMAN across West Africa. - Represented Metrixware at GITEX Africa, generating over 30 qualified business leads.

As a Business Angel at Novaris Equity, I participated in the evaluation and funding of innovative French start-ups, and personally invested in selected companies. I leveraged my entrepreneurial background and network to accelerate growth, align product-market strategy and support early-stage teams.

Founded and led a full-service digital agency delivering custom web & mobile solutions and strategic marketing services. Built and managed a core team of 10 full-time professionals, supported by external specialists, to serve major clients such as Criteo, Paris Longchamp, Givenchy, Sony Ericsson, Sagem, and HSBC. Oversaw large-scale projects including e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, CRM integrations, marketing automation, Emailing, social media campaigns and video productions. Served clients as both strategic partner and execution studio: from setting vision and roadmap, to delivering high-impact digital experiences with measurable business results.

In charge of the day-to-day running of the operation department and responsible for establishing procedures and processes to ensure the smooth functioning of the Email product. Project management for the Marketing department - In charge of Vodafone Live cell phone projects from Specification to Production : 2G phones (my400V) as well as 3G phones (my600V, my800V and my850V) - Management of SAGEM's main customer VODAFONE and interaction with SAGEM's entities: R&D, Commercial team, Marketing department, Production centers and customer services.

Research and Development projects ** Porting of SUN’s JVM on Sagem’s phones (Doja/MIDP): In charge of GUI and multimedia functionalities: API Specifications, Developments, Partners Management (Sun Microsystem Israel / California), Qualification and Low level optimizations ** Management and training of SAGEM’s Java team in China ** Embedded Java applications Management(J2ME) and technical support for content developers ** Indian off-shore project manager: In charge of myV85 3G phone developments with Sasken and Fortuna using EMP platform In charge of “Vodafone Simply” phone’s GUI developments with TataELXSI: Setting up of an off-shore development entity in India and management of the UI developments (7 engineers).

Test and validation of embedded calculators: - CAN/VAN network appraisal. - Test and validation of embedded software. - Analizes and reports to the R&D team: Electronic tests and network traces. - Development of tools in Visual Basic Application: Automated Tests, GUI, Databases.
