✓Responsible for the Cost of 4 projects (FEED, 2 Supply, and EPCI) for TotalEnergies in Angola, with corporate structure in France, Portugal, and Norway, with an accumulated value of over USD 300 MM. ✓ Elaboration, control, and update for the manplan (+300.000 hours). ✓ Collect, monitor, analyze and report all cost information through the Project Management System ✓ Review and update of committed and actual project cost, generating and distributing of internal project cost reports. ✓ Followed the cost trends and report any discrepancy in the Project Controls Report ✓ Monitoring of project budgets (sign and current), forecast, cash flows and foreign currency positions. ✓ Review and updating of cost coding and allocations. ✓ Preparing and commenting monthly cost control reports to evaluate actual costs vs. budget. ✓ Review, analysis and updating of project forecast values. ✓ EPC Contractor’s activity progress and invoice controlling; attended to main Contractors and Vendors meetings; implemented Contractor’s activities and cost reporting routine. ✓ Control and follow-up the PO & ICPO, approving all in the system (+50/month) ✓ Calculation and support for the Variation Proposal and Variation Order in coordination with the PM, to be presented to the Client. ✓ Preparation and presenting of the PMR for review with PM and Corporate Management during the monthly Project Review. ✓ In charge of monthly closure supervision, managed monthly accruals, cost forecast revision and variance analysis based on actuals against Budget and work activities planning revisions. ✓ Support the tender time, presenting feedback and details related to the project, updating the database of the tender department.
