Boosted three pre-seed/seed stage business teams by shaping customer segments, developing product roadmaps, facilitating first user interactions, defining go-to-market strategies, optimizing cost structures, and securing internal funding.

Executed an in-depth audit of the processes and organizational frameworks within L’Oréal digital factories and it's 24 distinct luxury division brands. This strategic evaluation focused on identifying efficiencies and areas for improvement, significantly accelerating the implementation of a direct-to-consumer digital roadmap.

Led value proposition de-risking, prototyping, and user validation for three new business lines: a digital sports companion, a C2C rental marketplace, and a B2B2C outdoor service. Managed business model exploration, roadmap definition, pitch creation, and successfully secured internal funding.

New ventures advisor for an internal sustainable mobility innovation challenge, guiding 50 teams through value proposition development, business model exploration, and user engagement validation.

Established the innovation office at a 50,000-employee holding company from the ground up: - Developed and launched the innovation unit. - Initiated and managed an open innovation program. - Led the insurance and healthTech innovation verticals. - Accelerated key innovation projects. - Designed and implemented an acculturation program to embed an innovative culture.

Provided advice and support for the 2022 strategic realignment of Bayer France's innovation unit, guiding the restructuring to enhance innovation processes and align with new strategy & global objectives.
