My role as a Technical Product Owner in an agile team involves conducting in-depth research to design and implement a technical solution suited to the software architecture of a front-end application. I work closely with architects and technical leads to meet user needs while ensuring high technical quality. I am involved in the functional specification and development monitoring of a code base, aimed at: - Becoming a standalone application - Integrating with other internal compliance systems - Facilitating interconnectivity with other internally developed projects Development context: as part of a remediation project to improve the user experience. - User journey management, including needs analysis, definition of functional specifications, and process optimization to enhance efficiency and compliance. - Collaboration with program teams: - Working with project managers and UX designers to create interface mockups and define necessary features. - Ensuring a clear understanding of functional requirements. - Gathering requirements from stakeholders. - Writing User Stories and acceptance criteria. - Backlog management. - Facilitating agile ceremonies necessary for the continuous improvement of the team. - Technical scoping, steering, prototyping, monitoring, planning, risk analysis, and reporting. - Integrating artificial intelligence elements into the user journey. - Implementing a modular architecture to meet the technical requirements of various parts of the application. - Standardizing modular components to ensure consistency in cross-functional projects and participating in working groups on this topic.

At Centreon, I played a crucial role in organizing the front-end migration to React JS for Centreon Web and Centreon BAM, our IT infrastructure monitoring solution available both on-premise and SaaS. My responsibilities included: - Defining and managing all technical phases of the migration project. - Designing the user experience (UX) for the new Centreon Web interface and creating reusable components. - Writing functional and technical specifications in English. - Closely collaborating with the Product Owner to develop user journey mockups. - Defining the team’s scope of work and collaboration mode with other teams. - Collecting and prioritizing requirements. - Scoping needs and objectives with each stakeholder. - Identifying continuous improvements for products and team processes. - Managing the backlog: - Coordinating different development stages, from ideation to execution. - Writing user stories based on requirements. - Organizing brainstorming sessions with technical teams to find the best solutions for Centreon products. - Supervising and coordinating nearshore front-end development teams in Serbia, in collaboration with Technical Leads and Product Managers in Paris and Bulgaria. - Conducting code reviews and Proofs of Concept (POCs). - Defining human resource needs and establishing estimates. - Ensuring adherence to front-end development best practices, including code reviews. - Communicating in English and French.

Active participation in the SNCF digital transformation project, focusing on the implementation of the architecture for an incident management application developed entirely from scratch using Angular 6: - Designed and created components, modules, and roots, with a particular emphasis on efficient indexing of module imports/exports. - Integrated Angular UI Ngx components, including features such as table sorting, Bootstrap pop-ins, etc. - Implemented SCSS styles to ensure a consistent and visually appealing presentation in Angular. - This contribution established a solid foundation for the SNCF incident management application, aligning with the latest technologies and best front-end development practices. - Collaborated with the front-end architect and Product Managers. - Trained front-end developers on the new application architecture.

As a Front-end Engineer and Project Manager, I handled web design and integration. I led requirements gathering, ensuring direct interaction with the client. My responsibilities included designing and creating websites for S.E.N.T., Pharmactiv, and Pharma Reference. I also performed HTML/CSS/.TPL templating on platforms such as Prestashop, Magento, and Wordpress.
