Objectif : Conception d’une solution DeepTech d’aide à la décision en orientation scolaire et professionnelle, basée sur la méthode des 7C, un jumeau numérique cognitif et un graphe de connaissances dynamique. • Pilotage DISCOVERY/BUILD d’un produit d’aide à la décision en orientation scolaire et professionnelle fondé sur la méthode des 7C, reposant sur la technologie des jumeaux numériques cognitifs et un graphe de connaissances dynamique (métiers, formations, établissements, territoires). • Collaboration étroite avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire de 10 personnes : Data Scientists, Data Engineers, chercheurs (laboratoire LGP – UTTOP), experts NLP (Lettria) et designers UX/UI (Lovable). • Animation des cérémonies SCRUM (sprint planning, daily, reviews, rétrospectives) et pilotage du backlog produit (priorisation, user stories, acceptance criteria). • Conception fonctionnelle et analytique des algorithmes de matching et de recommandation (RIASEC, Big Five, parcours de formation, accessibilité RNCP, probabilités d’admission Parcoursup). • Modélisation des probabilités d’admission Formation & Établissement (approche DRR, fonctions logistiques bornées, scénarios fallback). • Spécification et gouvernance des modèles de données (Neo4j, PostgreSQL/MySQL) : ROME, RNCP, formations, établissements, communes, profils étudiants. • Coordination avec les équipes Data pour l’industrialisation des pipelines et services via Azure DevOps, Power Automate, Azure AI Foundry et AWS. • Rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques destinées aux développeurs, data scientists et partenaires de recherche. • Organisation et conduite des phases d’expérimentation terrain avec des conseillers d’orientation (tests utilisateurs, feedback métier, itérations produit). • Contribution à la stratégie business et produit : cadrage MVP, proposition de valeur, partenariats académiques et institutionnels. • Intégration des enjeux de conformité RGPD, AI Act, explicabilité des algorithmes et éthique de l’IA. Résultats : Déploiement d’un graphe de connaissances de plus de 1M de nœuds et 3M de relations, permettant d’automatiser le bilan d’orientation. Gain de productivité estimé à ~20h/semaine par conseiller, soit environ 1 200 € de valeur business hebdomadaire par utilisateur. As part of its 2030 ambition, Servier is embarking on a DATA-DIGITAL transformation. I acted as R&D Product Owner, managing the VIVO team while interacting with more than 150 stakeholders. As R&D Product Owner, I performed the following tasks : - Participate in the organization's smooth transition from V-cycle to Agile management (Scrum & SAFe), - Articulate a clear vision aligned with strategic objectives, - Apply the MoSCoW method to the backlog to regularly adjust priorities with BAs, BOs, TLs, DEngs, DMs, SMs and coaches. Change management : With the steering committee, set up support for users in change management and decommissioning management. - Subcontractor management: Participate in negotiating and drafting contracts with external consultants: Xybion, The Hyve and Google. - Production management: Supervise/validate IQ, OQ, PQ. Results: MVP went live 2 months after my arrival, whereas the MVP was 8 months behind schedule. Over 80% reduction in technical debt. Data Quality/Data Intergity.
