- Ensure the management of projects for the evolution of Cloud infrastructure and services (transformations, migrations, deployment of new applications,...) -Define Cloud Strategy ( bursting to aws , gcp , azure ; partenrship ) - Set up financial and qualitative monitoring indicators (monitoring indicators, compliance with commitments, quality, ROI, etc.) - Supervise the various technical experts on the projects. - Monitor deployments and various production releases. - Participate in the continuous improvement and industrialization of good practices. - Monitor crisis situations and escalations with the various stakeholders. - Ensure technical/functional design by coordinating detailed technical/functional specification workshops with required participants and stakeholders - Participate in the choice of software and infrastructure solutions, in collaboration with the project owner and architects in the infrastructure and cloud domain - Organize, coordinate and lead the entire project management team - Manage the relationship with suppliers (from the signing of the contract to the final validation of the project) - Validate the deployment of new solutions or infrastructures - Prepare and pass the milestones for the validation of the main stages of the projects in the various project committees. - Validate the support chains to ensure their compliance with the expressed need by defining appropriate SLAs - Carry out step-by-step assessments and adapt the objectives if necessary according to the constraints encountered - Ensure compliance with the demand expressed in the specifications / User Stories - Ensure that project deadlines and costs are met - Participate in the deployment and effective implementation of QSE requirements - Contribute to ensuring respect for the environment, safety, hygiene and health of employees at work - Provide regular reporting on the department's activity - Manage the evaluation of the performance of the serice
