– Contributing to the architectural refactoring of the Live Agent module within a SaaS chatbot and automation platform supporting WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram. – Analyzing and restructuring a monolithic React component containing more than 7,000 lines of code into modular, reusable, and maintainable components. – Separating user-interface components, business logic, and communication services to improve code maintainability, scalability, and reusability across multiple messaging channels. – Working on centralized state management for conversations, filters, agents, and channel-specific interactions. – Developing and maintaining backend services and REST APIs using Express.js and Node.js. – Working with real-time communication and session management using WebSockets, Redis, PostgreSQL, and Supabase. – Contributing to connection reliability features, including automatic reconnection, health monitoring, exponential back-off, and offline action queuing. – Contributing to AI-assisted writing features, including grammar correction, message reformulation, tone adjustment, and smart reply suggestions. – Applying Factory and Strategy design patterns to support different message types, including text, images, files, and carousel messages.

– Currently developing a dental management web application for managing patient records, dental sessions, consultation notes, treatment plans, and preliminary diagnosis. – Building frontend features using Angular and TypeScript. – Developing backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot. – Designing and integrating a PostgreSQL database for patient, session, form, and diagnosis data. – Creating n8n workflows to support AI-assisted features and automate data processing between the application and external AI services.

– Engineered a real-time multiplayer web app with live chat, matchmaking, and WebSockets using Fastify.js and Vite. – Implemented secure OAuth 2.0 and JWT authentication with multi-user session management. – Configured full system observability using ELK Stack, Prometheus, and Grafana for log and metrics tracking.
