I have conducted a study on the mechanical characterization of aluminum powder for Cold Spray. Micro-compression and laser shock experiments were conducted in order to identify the elastic and non-elastic behavior of the aluminum powder impact. An algorithm was developed on PYTHON, so the elastic regime is identified for several particles with different velocities. A numerical simulation on ABAQUS was established targeting to model the plastic behavior of the powder

Managed a portfolio of 35 industrial clients for Voortman spare parts (CNC cutting, plasma, drilling). Generated €2M in annual revenue and increased growth by 15% through customer retention. Developed packaged offers (maintenance kits) to raise average order value. Implemented follow-up campaigns to boost reconversion rates and repeat sales.
