Project 1: Deburring Machine Design Designed a deburring machine based on an existing metal barrel. Selected and procured mechanical and electronic components (motor, frequency drive, Raspberry Pi, touchscreen, circuit breaker, limit switch, LEDs, reducer, etc.). Modeled the protective casing in SolidWorks, then prepared manufacturing plans in Radan for sheet metal cutting. Developed the HMI in Qt and implemented sensor data reception in Python. Assembled and tested the machine in the workshop alongside the workshop supervisor. Project 2: Metal Roller Automation Automated a metal rolling machine, selecting and purchasing key components (motor, reducer, frequency drive, and foot pedal). Designed and adapted the reducer output shaft to fit the existing machine in SolidWorks. Installed and assembled the components on the machine. Configured and tested functionality, ensuring validation by the workshop supervisor.

Order preparation for Drive service during the COVID lockdown, including stock replenishment and shelf restocking to ensure product availability.

Responsible for verifying the compliance of linear guidance systems on a quality inspection table.
