– I joined a pilot product team to prove that Continuous Delivery could be both faster and safer than traditional release processes. – Starting from a Gitflow and bi-weekly release setup, we migrated the team to trunk-based development with fully automated CI/CD, reaching 30+ production deployments per day while sustaining 99.9997% service availability (SLI-based monitoring). – This reduced lead time for change from ~2 weeks to ~12 minutes. – I designed and operated the delivery and deployment platform for the team: • GitLab CI pipelines • Argo CD & Argo Rollouts for Kubernetes • Blue-green rollouts with testing / monitoring analysis on deployment – Beyond tooling, my main focus was making the team production-ready: – I embedded a "You build it, you run it" culture by coaching developers on: • production debugging • observability (logs, metrics, SLOs) • safe deployments and rollbacks • feature flags and progressive exposure – I acted as the reliability and production expert for the team, leading or supporting incident resolution at first, then progressively transferring operational ownership to the developers. – To make production data visible and actionable, I built domain-oriented dashboards that connected technical signals (logs, metrics, SLOs) to business impact for product and management. – I also introduced advanced safety and quality gates into the delivery pipeline: • contract testing (Pact & Pact Broker) • mutation testing • smoke tests • security scanning • pre-commit hooks and static analysis • automatic environment promotion – In parallel, I worked closely with the Platform Team to: • deploy and integrate new tooling (contract testing, CI/CD workflows) • promote platform engineering practices – Finally, I evangelized DevOps and Continuous Delivery across the company by running workshops, coaching other teams, and driving experiments that led to broader adoption.

– Industrialization of a legacy infrastructure to reduce operating costs and production incidents. – Automation of the application build, release and deployment through Gitlab-ci, giving more autonomy to the development teams – Transitioned to IaC for our infrastructure with Terraform, reducing drift and cognitive load for platform team – Automation of the platform configuration with Ansible, then added Ansible Tower AWX for a centralized gestion of the playbooks run – Support for development teams in transforming the delivery and testing process.
