In parallel with my freelance event project management missions, I founded FUZED Management, a Paris-based event production company developing music, nightlife, hospitality, and experiential concepts. As founder, I lead concept development, event production, artist coordination, venue relations, guest experience, supplier coordination, and on-site delivery across owned productions and selected client projects. Key projects and achievements: • Produced 8 Tribute events in Paris, ranging from 800 to 1,700 attendees, hosted in leading venues including Bridge, YOYO, Gate Club, Solum, and La Nuit. • Programmed and produced events featuring international electronic music artists including Goom Gum, 19:26, Marino Canal, Space Motion, Alex Stein, Undercatt, Rafa Guido, Rolbac, and others. • Developed RECAP, a weekly high-end nightlife and hospitality concept hosted in premium Paris venues, built around curated guest lists, table bookings, live DJs, and a selective guest experience. • Provided event strategy and delivery support for hospitality and corporate clients, including team-building experiences for Transdev Group. • Built FUZED as an active production platform connecting entertainment, hospitality, brand experience, and live event delivery.

Project management support for Hyundai and Samsung executive hospitality programs and brand activations during the Paris 2024 Olympic period. • Managed executive hospitality programs, brand activations, gala dinners, and guest experiences for Hyundai and Samsung during the Paris 2024 Olympics. • Coordinated multiple live workstreams across planning, production follow-up, guest experience, staff briefing, task allocation, and on-site delivery. • Worked in a high-demand international environment involving different communication styles, decision-making processes, and stakeholder expectations. • Supported smooth execution of premium guest experiences for senior brand representatives and international guests.

Project direction support for the WISE Summit in Doha, with responsibility for the Majlis zone, a central event area combining multiple activations, content formats, and guest experiences. • Co-led delivery of the Majlis zone, overseeing timelines, suppliers, budget tracking, production follow-up, logistics, guest management, and client coordination. • Managed a direct team of 20 people alongside project managers within a major international summit environment. • Coordinated multiple operational areas, including interactive zones, podcast setups, AI demonstrations, interviews, and live content spaces. • Supported smooth on-site delivery by aligning production, logistics, suppliers, guest flow, and internal teams throughout the project.

Managed operations, logistics, team coordination, and live event delivery for a nightlife and event production company in Beirut. • Led operational planning and on-site coordination across 50+ events, ensuring smooth logistics, staffing, supplier follow-up, and guest experience. • Played a key role in the launch and growth of Eden Beirut resto-club, supporting its operational structure, event programming, venue coordination, and customer experience. • Coordinated artists, suppliers, production teams, venues, and internal staff to deliver consistent event quality and efficient on-site execution. • Supported operational and financial planning, helping optimize resources, supplier coordination, and event profitability. • Built strong relationships with artists, local partners, suppliers, and Beirut’s nightlife network.

Managed the planning and delivery of Cedar Fighting Championship, Lebanon’s first official MMA organization, overseeing event logistics, production coordination, stakeholder management, media relations, sponsorship, and live event execution. • Planned and delivered 5 large-scale live MMA events, coordinating logistics, production, staffing, suppliers, athletes, and on-site operations. • Coordinated with MTV Lebanon on live broadcasting, content production, media coverage, and event visibility. • Managed sponsors, vendors, athletes, and key stakeholders to support event delivery, partnerships, and brand credibility. • Developed ticketing, audience engagement, and promotional initiatives to increase attendance and visibility. • Built strong experience across sports events, live entertainment, media production, and high-pressure on-site delivery.
