• Management of Trainees: N°1 person to refer to out of the 46 trainees, participation to recruitments, elaboration of their contracts, follow up of their administrative files and relations with 8 schools, handling of the variable elements of the payroll, collaboration with different financial bodies for apprentices Training (DEFI and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry – CCI) • In charge of Temporary Work: collaboration with 5 temporary employment agencies, calculation and filing of the monthly expenses in relations to the temporary work, recording of the spending requests, entering more than 150 monthly missions carried out in retails and headquarter on the SAP software, calculation of the temporary employees for each business unit • Project Management: Professional medals reward for 25 candidates (assistance to candidates filling up forms, relation with their city halls, prefectures and companies, medals and flowers ordering and organization of the ceremony) • Integration of interns and apprentices of the HQ (beyond my initial mission)
