Key Responsibilities: • Coordinating and booking employee training courses • Processing and managing purchase invoices • Administering employee benefits • Onboarding and orientation of new employees • Acting as site/location coordinator • Serving as the main user for system administration software • Managing general HR-related tasks and employee matters Collaboration with external service providers, including: • Accounting and payroll services • Occupational health providers • Workwear supplier Työnkuvaani kuuluu mm; - koulutuskurssien varaaminen - ostolaskujen käsittely - työsuhde-etujen hallinnointi - uusien työntekijöiden perehdyttäminen - toimipistevastaavan tehtävät - järjestelmähallintaohjelman pääkäyttäjä - Yleiset työntekijöiden asiat :) Yhteistyö ulkoisten palveluiden tarjoajien kanssa; kirjanpito, palkanlaskenta, työterveys ja työvaatetarjoaja.
