As a Salesforce freelancer, i had the opportunity to work on many environments : Sales cloud, Service cloud, Marketing cloud, Experience cloud. I keep practicing my technical skills (Apex, LWC, VFP, ETL, Automations...) as Salesforce Developer/Administrator. Working as a desktop support engineer in the DVS (Desktop Virtualization Solutions) team which is the technical support level 3 of American, Brazilian and Canadian’s bank infrastructure (servers of applications, databases, citrix technology). My role is the DVS team is to ensure that things are automated in order to gain time and efficiency in our everyday task. I’m also creating new internal applications for the bank managers to give them a quick overview of our work. My main missions consist in: -Automating tasks using Microsoft Powershell script. -Developing web applications to help the IT managers, mostly using ASP.NET MVC. -Guiding users to face their technical issues for instance about their VDI (Virtual Desktop Interface).

Worked on several projects involved in Digital Transformation at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking. That internship gives me the opportunity to exchange with international clients and prospects.
