– Two-year assignment as part of the Mountbatten Program with one year based in CPB US Headquarters. Working within PEGA, ServiceNow, and UAT Testing programmes. – Data Analysis & Reporting – Responsible for the analysis of institutional usage and adoption trends of Citi Private Bank's Digital Assist tool. Designed and produced the monthly reporting, including balanced scorecards for 140 Citi PB bankers. This resulted in a 30% usage increase of the Digital Assist tool set. – KPI Management & Reporting - Contributed to the success of Data Driven Onboarding roadshow by delivering KPI and reporting metrics that identified the optimum target roadshow locations. This resulted in 150% increase in the digital adoption of Citi PB's Data Driven Onboarding tool. – Business Requirements Management - Created, managed, and prioritised a business requirements backlog for a Target Market Wizard.
