Intro

B2B SaaS & Enterprise products face different challenges. Long sales cycles. Multiple stakeholders. Different user roles to serve. The need to stay reliable for paying customers. And new problems appearing at every stage of the product lifecycle. Whether you're a founder validating if you're solving the right problem and trying to start strong from 0 → 1, a growing team with early traction looking to improve usability, adoption, and the value your product delivers, or an established product team looking to decomplexify a product that has grown over time, so it stays usable, efficient, and trusted by daily users. If these are the problems you think about often, I'm here to help. My name is Rachid, a freelance Product Designer helping B2B SaaS & Enterprise teams improve adoption, retention, and efficiency. Over the past few years, I've worked on products where usability directly impacts operations, retention, and business value. Including systems used to run: Fleet operations, Fuel station networks, Logistics workflows, Retail operations. I help teams simplify complexity, improve workflows, and create products users adopt and trust.
