Intro

With over 15+ years of experience across MNC and BFSI environments in India, I’ve built my career on a simple but deeply held belief — people are the greatest asset any organization will ever have. As an HR leader specializing in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people development, I don’t just fill roles — I build relationships. I take pride in connecting candidates to opportunities where they can genuinely thrive and walking alongside them as they grow. Watching someone reach a career milestone they once only dreamed of never gets old. My proudest achievement has been building high-performing teams from the ground up — not just hiring the right people, but creating the culture, trust, and structure that allows them to do their best work. That, to me, is HR at its most meaningful. Having worked with ICICI Lombard, Accenture, and AXA Business Services, I’ve led work across attrition management, performance management, L&D, and the full employee lifecycle. I bring a data-informed lens to people challenges — including developing Early Warning Systems for attrition prediction — while never losing sight of the human behind every data point. I believe the best outcomes happen when HR works with the business, not just for it — aligning people strategies with organizational goals and building environments where everyone feels seen and valued. A New Chapter — Paris After 13 fulfilling years shaping people strategies across India’s most dynamic organizations, I’m embarking on an exciting new chapter — actively planning to relocate to Paris and bring my expertise to the European market. This feels like a natural evolution. The same curiosity that drew me to HR is what draws me toward a global stage. I’m English-proficient and genuinely embracing French — approaching this journey with openness, commitment, and a willingness to learn. I’m actively exploring senior HR opportunities in Paris and would love to connect with leaders who believe great people strategy knows no borders. Outside of work, organising, self-reflection, and meditation keep me grounded. I’ve recently discovered art, finding that creativity deepens how I see people and tell their stories.
