• Developed a tailored software solution for OCP’s Human Resources department to enhance employee skill management and project staffing. where employees can create detailed professional profiles (experience, education, skills, and spoken languages) in a LinkedIn-style format. • Implemented a semi-automatic resume parsing feature to streamline profile creation. • Integrated AI-driven recommendations to suggest trending skills employees should learn or refine. • Built an interactive AI-powered chatbot interface within the HR platform that allows HR heads to input project descriptions and receive tailored profile suggestions from the organization’s employee pool. The suggestions consider multiple attributes including technical skills, spoken languages, and educational background. • Maintained direct communication with the OCP team through weekly meetings to gather insights, refine functionalities, and ensure alignment with business needs. Developed a web app to manage research budgets across academic grades and mobility programs for UM6P. Designed a dynamic engine for multi-year allocations, multi-currency stipends, and compliance validation. Added international mobility support with region-based rates and automatic prorated adjustments. Delivered an interactive dashboard with 4-year projections and budget health monitoring.
