- Logistics management of the Lyon and Paris office for all partners and collaborators - ERP system management (Sécib software) - Monitoring the internal continuous improvement process - Administrative tasks (letters, Assemblact, proofreading of legal documents, archiving ...) - Supplier management and accounting - Physical and telephone reception

Missions carried out in collaboration with the SES manager (Health-Environment-Security): - Physical/telephone reception - Access control on-site and creation of badges - Daily input/output monitoring (road freight, staff, workers) - Team coordination in case of emergency evacuation - Providing security training (risk areas, wearing personal protective equipment, traffic direction, people to be notified in the event of an incident, meeting point) for outside workers on this Seveso 5 site - Monitoring of all site security systems
