Financial Management (reporting directly to the General Manager / CEO): • Advising on and supervising financial transactions and their impact on the company’s development; • Coordinating internal and external departments (accounting, taxation, legal, audit, operations, etc.); • Active participation in board meetings. Cost Control: • Development and implementation of management tools (ERP systems, dashboards); • Pursuit of efficiency through the implementation of innovative procedures tailored to the company’s specific needs. Financial Analysis: • Preparation of budgets and financial plans; • Calculation and monitoring of financial and operational indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making; • Analysis of balance sheet and income statement items to leverage insights for improved company management. Other: • Development of a Python-based software solution to automate the generation of financial and operational reports; • Involvement in various stages of business development (startup, acquisitions/sales [due diligence], liquidation).

Reporting directly to the company's General Manager, I manage finance-related operations, including: > Providing comprehensive financial and accounting insights to the General Manager and Board of Directors, ensuring smooth operations and informed strategic decision-making; > Liaising with experts in Tax, HR, and Legal to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards; > Preparing reports for the Head Office, including budget tracking, profitability analysis, cash-flow forecasting, and integrating branch results to provide a holistic view of the company’s financial health; > Developing and implementing efficient procedures to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.

> Conducted comprehensive accounting audits, including cash, operational expenditure (opex), capital expenditure (capex), and inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations ; > Primarily served commercial companies such as Jan de Nul, Transalliance, Prefalux, among others.

> Informed management of changes in key financial indicators, providing timely and critical financial insights ; > Assisted with monthly closings ; > Contributed to the establishment of the 2016 budget forecast ; > Assisted in building dashboards to track specific performance indicators, providing management with a clear view of operational performance.
