- Leading the R&D activities (SW, HW, System, Mechanical, Safety, etc…) on 55 products’ serial life. - Managing a multidisciplinary transversal R&D team distributed on several design centers (France, Spain, Egypt, India, Morocco, Mexico, Italy, and China). - Setting project objectives and ensuring alignment with business goals. - Defining and tracking the R&D budget (Resources / Prototypes / Laboratories). - Managing project changes related to client requests or internal requirements. - Maintaining project profitability. - Securing logistics and supply chain operations. - Managing component shortage crisis. - Defining and monitoring the project agenda and the team’s schedule. - Presenting project progress and performance indicators to project steering committees. - Managing communication with the production factories and key automotive customers (Stellantis, Ferrari, Ford, General Motors, BMW, Toyota, Renaults, etc...) - Contributing to the evolution of processes and best practices. - Providing feedback on operational issues to development and ideation teams.

- Managing a team of 23 persons in Toulouse (France), Tunis (Tunisia), Bangalore (India). - Lead the definition of the features for the Product Backlog and support the teams in understanding the features being defined in the Product Backlog using SAFe Agile. - Define and assign tasks after workload sizing. - Organise and animate the debug camps with the hardware provider, LGe. - Handle test definition, automation and execution on connectivity services framework components. - Testing environment on different targets as per the customer needs and accepted by the stakeholders. - Work with off-shore development and validation teams to support in the software development activity, communicate and interface directly with the client as a proximity PO. - Plan and communicate the feature scope with integration and validation teams to achieve the milestone - Develop test definitions and automation scripts with the system requirement. - Stabilize the test catalogue with each requirement mapped to a test case. - Enhance the acceptance of LGe deliveries and validate the reliability of the software with test tools. - Write release notes with acceptance verdict. - Tools: Gitlab, Docker, Artifactory, JIRA, Confluence, Embedded linux, Android, C++, Python, CAN, SAFe Agile
