J'ai travaillé sur la construction de modèles de « churn » dans des contextes commerciaux d'abonnement à des logiciels (B2B) et deux de mes travaux universitaires ont été publiés dans la revue « Industrial Marketing Management ».

Worked as intern at ARCLAND consulting. Took part in preparation of Balance sheet, Income Statements. Learned about the regulations on Tax and Customs in Azerbaijan Gained first hand experience on local tax system in Azerbaijan(http://www.taxes.gov.az) . Took part in preparation of Q2 reports. Got insights on the application of online banking practices . Prepared relevant documents on E-government ( https://www.e-gov.az ) and constantly updated client’s profile on the system. Softwares worked on : Microsoft Excel, 1C:Enterprise, BTP( Bəyannamə Tərtibetmə Programı)

I was working in Front Office, at Guest Relations and during my internship I learned how to greet guests, deal with guest complaints, worked with OPERA PMS,leading software in leisure industry, saw real team work in FO department, faced with different and unforgettable situations. When my university professors were teaching me some courses, I was just able to understand the meaning of course by definition but not in real situations. Having internship and with working in different situations at Hilton Baku was helpful guide to me to understand all of the materials that I have learned at university.
