Assist traders with setting up trading strategies and algorithms on the platform. Providing day-to-day support for global derivative trading. Ensuring that all transactions executed by traders are completely and accurately booked through the FIX protocol with exchanges. Primary escalation point for analysts and a key support for the trading team and devs. Principal and agency electronic trading solutions across equities and global derivatives, specializing in OEMS, SOR, and Market making.

-Assist and facilitate the trading process in the room to ensure that all customer orders are filled in a timely and accurate manner -Monitor FXCM pricing to ensure quotes are reflective of market conditions and that customers are receiving competitive quotes -Perform daily audits of trading activity to isolate and report any market abuse -Track desk expenses across exchanges, data providers and trading venues -Actively monitor firm exposure across individual instruments and overall. The risk management of this exposure will involve actively trading in Spot and Futures markets to mitigate any adverse P/L to FXCM while keeping the desk compliant with any internal/external risk and capital limits that are in place -Ensure that FXCM is compliant with rules and regulations set forth by the governing bodies that oversee the business space FXCM operates within

In charge of handling top tier French clients. Conducting daily sales calls Informing prospective clients of CFD's products and services. Actively following financial and forex markets. Developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients Assisting clients with queries and technical issues. Executing an organized, efficient and structured sales process in line with compliance guidelines.

-Handling interbank's transaction via Swift (MT202, 210, 300, 604, 605, ...) -Confirming with CA-CIB customers the netting/gross payment flow in the Forex and Money Market. -Tracking and ensuring payments are executed within strict deadlines. -Identifying and resolve discrepancies detected in accordance with existing procedures and in relation with services concerned (Front, Middle, Back Office and IT). -Coordinating with support teams based in Hong Kong, Paris, New York and London.
