After my last job experience, I decided to go through the design thinking process again. 🌟 The reason was I didn't have the chance to implement all the design methodologies I previously learned and I was eager to do more. The next step was to get a more solid understanding, experiment, and create a compelling case study based on Research, Analysis, Ideation, Prototyping, and Testing. I decided to enroll part-time in the UX Diploma from the UX Design Institute to accomplish my goals. I am currently going through the syllabus and working on my projects to create that winning case study! So it's back to school for me. 👩🏻‍🎓

• Contributed to product integration and versatility by designing a Wallet feature that integrates multiple payment methods and loyalty programs, creating a flexible financial management tool. • Enhanced usability by creating a simple, well-organized interface that reduces the learning curve and encourages users to confidently adopt the digital wallet. • Improved retention rates by redesigning the search navigation and product detail page. • Streamlined the e-commerce process by adhering to industry best practices. • Effectively collaborated with a dynamic cross-functional team, integrating perspectives from product, development, business, and marketing. • Consistently advocated for design best practices and contributed to product growth by creating UI improvements and inventories, and building a component library.

• Designed the Compleye Web platform from scratch - a customizable, user-friendly tool to streamline process automation, reduce compliance costs, and drive company growth. • Boosted usability and user engagement by designing a handshake feature for the Bridge, which connects startups with investors. Refined the existing MVP through a full app redesign and created a responsive web version. • Worked on several complex projects across industries such as healthcare, education, ISO certification, and energy & gas. • Had regular client-facing experiences, through audits, syncs, and demos and kept a seamless communication with stakeholders.

• Co-designed SkyCore AODB, a software system that enhances airport operations. The product won the RedDot Award in the Interface & User Experience design category for its innovative approach to simplifying complex airport processes with intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. • Developed multiple visual identities for aviation products and seamlessly integrated them into the interface design. • Redesigned their website and adapted the mobile version into a responsive web design.

• Contributed to hands-on projects using Agile methodology and the design thinking process, fostering smooth collaboration within a diverse team. • Designed an Emoji app from scratch using the design thinking process. Worked with PMs, developers, and designers on user flows, wireframes, and sketches, while also creating the logo, UI components, illustrations, and microcopy. • Completed training in the fundamentals of UI and UX design.

• Improved digital products by focusing on UI design and illustrations. • Created multiple visual identities for a variety of clients, as well as internal projects. • Challenged to think disruptively to deliver value in the most effective way possible. • Took part in a 5-day design sprint workshop with Jake Knapp, where I collaborated with my team to create a prototype using this methodology.

• Designed engaging web visuals, illustrations, and banners. • Collaborated closely with the marketing team to achieve shared goals. • Contributed to brainstorming sessions for the launch of new product features or campaigns.

Editing the Samsung App Interfaces in Samsung Theme Editor in terms of colour, size, contrast and making sure to deliver a consistent product.

Creating web content for the brand and also the design - I was responsible for revamping the brand and creating a new identity.

• Graphic prototyping for the Pub's music events. • Collaboration with the P.R. and & events manager for maintaining the visual identity of the brand by creating materials for social media.
