Encouraging agencies to optimise their email collection and opt-in rates. - Deployment of a CRM tool in agencies, and use by head office + sending out campaigns - launch and running of a customer satisfaction survey. - E-commerce: Management of the project to overhaul the site's SEO. Customer experience: proposed improvements, creation of specs, project qualification and costing, workload plan and budget management, creation and monitoring of GANTT and technical implementation, testing of deliverables, compliance with deadlines and delivery + study of impact by KPI. Quantitative reporting: performance monitoring + constant monitoring. - Call centre management and leadership: Ongoing monitoring of call centre reporting, monitoring and leadership of teams, ongoing training, suggestions for improvements, studies and implementation of any technical improvements. - Rates consultant: compliance with business requirements and deadlines, overall monitoring and implementation of rates.
