– Worked on mobilising the leadership team and mid-management to build a vision and a case for change, engaged and coached them all along the implementation. – Engaged and communicated with all sites in France (400 staff) and 4 offshore sites (250 people), using communications channels such as townhall meetings, booth sessions, events, website, newsletters, institutional movies, and posters. – Managed a network of 10 Change Agents in the business and functions for the internal and external communication implementation (about 25 000 customers for 6 marketing business and 2000 suppliers).

I provided results analysis, forecast, and budget. – I have built the Retail finance offshoring strategy aiming at transferring the transactional activities, implemented in 2009.

– I worked on the design and the SOX controls framework implementation based on a risk-based approach. I provided analysis of segregations of duties, leading to conflicts resolutions in systems, and teams organisations. My main customers were Shell UK, Shell France, Brink's UK, Germany, Netherlands, France. – I performed external Audit missions in Telecommunications, Edition, Advertising, Production, Outplacement and Oil Product.
