Mementour est une application mobile proposant des parcours thématiques géolocalisés dans les cimetières. Elle permet la (re)découverte de l'Histoire des grandes figures, ou des plus petites, en suivant des parcours tel que "Les Femmes du cimetière du Père-Lachaise", "Les Peintres du cimetière de Passy", etc. Mes missions : • Élaboration de roadmap, stratégie produit et benchmark • Conception UX/UI : wireframes, prototypes, mockups, recherche utilisateur —> refonte V1 app mobile : intégration RA, podcasts, vidéos, carte interactive, gamification • Création de contenu et définition de l’identité visuelle • Promotion : salons, rdv clients, interviews et référencements (Petit Futé, Figaro), montage de cagnotte • Coordination : liens avec les développeurs pour garantir la qualité technique et définir des devis
