Managing development of new products from Asian vendors. Negotiating product quality, purchase quantity, landed cost, and delivery with European clients and Asia vendors. Active sourcing for new suppliers and new materials in Asia.

Responsbile for the whole production process: Working directly with French clients and Asia vendors. (+/- 20 Retail and Sport accounts) : Andre, Camaieu, Chaine Termale du Soleil, Cyrillus, Eram, Jacadi, Kiabi, La halle, La Redoute, Magic Stroller Bag, Oxbow, Phildar, Promod, Rip Curl, Somewhere, Vertbaudet. Meeting business objectives and production schedule while granting product standards that accomplish our European customers’ expectations. Ensuring that goods are produced efficiently at the right cost and level of quality for European markets. Planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes in Asia. Cost-margin analysis of orders being placed and deciding specific corrective plans.
